To use the App, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• Not be prohibited from using the App under applicable laws

By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

👤 Your Account

When you use the App, an anonymous account is automatically created for you. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your device
• All activities that occur through your account
• Keeping your invite code private (only share with your intended partner)

🚫 Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the App to:

• Send recordings to anyone without their consent
• Record, send, or share any illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Harass, bully, or intimidate others
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the App
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without our consent
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

🎤 Your Content

You retain ownership of the audio recordings you create ("Your Content"). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to:

• Store Your Content on our servers
• Transmit Your Content to your connected partner
• Display Your Content within the App interface

You are solely responsible for Your Content. You represent that you have the right to share any content you upload and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

📢 Advertisements

The App displays non-personalized advertisements provided by third-party ad networks. By using the App, you agree to the display of such advertisements.

We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements or any products/services advertised.

🔒 Privacy

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past twelve months (if any).
